Schedule a Diagnostic Test and Needs Analysis Meeting
Post Diagnostic Analysis : The student will spend 30 minutes reviewing the diagnostic test and will make a list of both “big” and “small” needs.
Separately, the instructor will analyze the diagnostic test to do the same.
Needs Analysis Meeting
The Needs Analysis Meeting includes the student, parent, and instructor. It will be held remotely and lasts about 60 minutes.
- The student will discuss their main needs and concerns based on the diagnostic test

Instructor will also discuss main concerns based on the diagnostic test
- Instructor will go over essential SAT/ACT strategies and apply these strategies to sample missed questions
- The instructor will familiarize the student with productive reflection practices using a sample missed question
- Instructor will guide the student through the process of filling out a "productive reflection form" using sample missed questions from the diagnostic test
- Together, the student, parent and instructor will determine a Precise Practice Plan

Step 1

Step 2
Needs Analysis Meeting
The Needs Analysis Meeting includes the student, parent, and instructor. It will be held remotely and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Step 3:
Uphold the
Precise Practice Plan
- The Precise Practice Plan will be developed during the Needs Analysis Meeting and will determine the following:
- When, where, and which 2 full length practice tests will be completed - each two weeks apart.
- Precise times to submit practice test scores for instructor review. After each practice test is completed, scores will be instantly captured and sent to the instructor
- Precise times for the student to engage in 1 hour of self-guided reflection sessions. During these sessions, the student will take a long look at missed and/or troublesome questions. For each question, the student will fill out a Productive Reflection Form.
- Productive Reflection Form submission times. At the end of each reflection session, the student will submit Productive Reflection Forms for the instructor to review. The instructor will provide feedback on the completed reflection forms via email.

Comprehensive Class Program at a Glance
Week 1, Instructional Session
- 1.5 hours verbal instruction
- 1.5 hours math instruction
- These sessions will take place remotely, in a class format.
Week 1, Practice Test 1
- The student takes a practice test at a predetermined time and place and then submits the tracking form.
- Instructor Check-In (both verbal and math) provides an individualized analysis to the student’s practice test score
Week 2, Test Debrief & Reflection
- Live Q and A with instructor to go over recent practice test
- After a predetermined time during the week, the student completes 1 hour of structured reflection and fills in the reflection form
Week 3, Instructional Session
- 1.5 hours verbal instruction
- 1.5 hours math instruction
- These sessions will take place remotely, in a class format.
Week 3, Practice Test 2
- The student takes a practice test at a predetermined time and place and then submits the tracking form.
- Instructor Check-In (both verbal and math) provides an individualized analysis to the student’s practice test score
Week 4, Test Debrief & Reflection
